Alternative Capital empowers companies to implement powerful cost reduction and distribution leverage. Utilizing alternative capital to develop or acquire new assets, companies can reduce risk, cost and capital expenses in mergers and acquisitions.

Alternative capital bridges the gap between asking and selling price and reduces funding, capitalization and insurance requirements

§} Transactions are closed and funded in several days

§} Full payment advance to seller

§

§} Converts underperforming assets into future purchasing credit

} Enables companies to pay for capital equipment with excess

   production, capacity or underperforming assets

Intertrade Capital Group will invest up to $300 million of alternative capital to enhance an acquisition transaction. This additional capital enables companies to eliminate carve-outs, reduce potential bad debt, mitigate risk, and to enhance the transaction making it more attractive to the seller.

The end result is that the seller receives the full value for the sale of assets rather than a carve-out or reduced purchase price that either leaves several assets out of the transaction, or demands a reduced payment that could trigger a significant loss or charge-off for the seller. The value added is that Cash Equivalent Trade Purchase Credit replaces the loss or carve-out, and becomes an asset for the seller that is booked as a prepaid expense.

Benefits.  Utilizing a cash equivalent trade credit initiative to achieve maximum return, companies derive more buying options and reduced purchasing expenses while at the same time eliminating losses, charge-offs and carve-outs.

Intertrade Capital Group provides significant benefit to companies and their investors over other solutions by significantly expanding the products and services available to buy with cash equivalent trade credits, thereby fueling large spending reductions.
