for specific business sectors to facilitate each phase of the project from

Strategic Planning and Development
The Strategic Planning and Development Team provides our clients with strategic partners via a group of
business professionals that have extensive experience in all aspects of
business planning analysis and development. Members of the team have owned,
operated and/or managed the sale of retail store chains in the Northeast. In
addition, they have created and built a personal nutrition program that became
widely utilized within the vitamin and health club industries. The team has
experience with large regional banks at the national account level as well as
all aspects of accounting and operations for large health club chains.
Project
and Product Development
The Project and Product Development Team has provided
services for several major fitness chains in the New England, Maryland, Washington, DC, Florida
and Texas Markets. This team is responsible for the development, coordination
and implementation of fitness development services as well as the design and
renovation of fitness centers. The team also has extensive experience in the
development of aquatic facilities and equipment for health clubs,
hotels/resorts, medical and rehabilitation facilities. Team experience includes
research, equipment purchase and set-up of all fitness related training and
education and evaluation of all fitness personnel and development of fitness
programming. The architectural team member has extensive commercial health club
and design experience and other projects requiring specialized design
features. The Construction Management
team member focuses on construction and renovation of a wide variety of
projects with a client base that extends throughout several states.
Operations
The operations and sales team has operated fitness
facilities nationwide focusing in New York City, Washington, DC, Boston,
Connecticut, Philadelphia, San Francisco Bay Area, Florida
and Dallas, Texas. This team has extensive experience in commercial
health club, corporate and hotel fitness development including construction,
presales, budgeting, operations, and fitness programming. Together the team has
over 75 years of combined operations and sales experience and has maintained a
presence at national and regional trade shows and conventions.
Strategic
Alliances
The strategic alliance group has developed an
extensive network of hospitality related alliances to provide sales and
marketing initiatives to hotel and resort properties, in addition to
distribution channels for marketing excess room, food and beverage capacity to
a network of corporate clients. The group’s involvement in asset management,
countertrade and offset transactions enables Pavilion Fitness
to accept payment for its products and services in trade in the form of room,
food and beverage credit, further leveraging a properties excess inventory to
pay for a featured amenity that will drive new business to the property.
